Can you believe that another year has almost passed us by. At midnight we only have 12 days until Christmas Day.
For those in the audience who are male ( like me) you may want to get your skates on as regards to ordering your presents for your family and loved ones.
If you order online you need to place your order fairly quickly. I’ve started mine this evening. After seeing the queues in the shops this weekend I’m determined to avoid the retail shops until after Christmas. For one thing the prices are marked way too high and for the other time is money. I would rather be investing my time in projects and other ventures than spending it standing in queues in retail stores.
For my Christmas shopping I have stocked up at Ocado. I must say I love the way they break up the items into specific colour coded bags for fridge, cupboard etc. And you cant beat the fact that beer cans actually arrive nice and cold ready to drink. I mean that’s service. Service is important and what makes us keep coming back.
If you haven’t used Ocado for your food shopping before I have found a great Voucher code for you for December valid until 22nd January 2012. If you head over to Ocado here then enter the below code at checkout you will have £15 automatically deducted from your bill.
Are you still looking to do your Christmas Shopping?
I definitely recommend that you first sign up to a cash back site so that you get money back every time you spend money. The money can be paid to you directly into your paypal account several weeks after your purchase. I can highly recommend signing up for FREE to TopCashBack here. They let you keep 100% of your cash back unlike other sites like Quidco that take a percentage for themselves. I have saved hundreds of pounds just by buying gifts via the TopCashBack site. An example would be signing up for Sky TV. You can actually get in the region of £150 cash back once you sign up. You can quickly build up a nice amount of cash here for a rainy day.
When you are done why not head over to Days Until Christmas to keep a check on how many days are left until Christmas Day and also do some last minute online shopping.
I will shortly be compiling a list of the UK’s top December deals and discounts for 2011 so watch this space.
